Orders
An order becomes effective after our acceptance and receipt of full payment. Sales are
facilitated through Paypal.

All prices and specifications shown are subject to change without notice.
Availability of an item featured on our website is not guaranteed, and we do not issue discounts
or rain-checks for items that are temporarily unavailable.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax of 6% is added for purchases in Indiana.

Shipping
The Cramer Touch-up Stick and Repair Kit can only be sent by Fed Ex ground due to Federal
regulations. The FU GI, Stain Eraser, Email Star and Acryl Star can also be sent via air mail.
Please refer to Shipping Costs for the actual costs.

Colors
Colors displayed on our website may differ from the colors displayed by your monitor.
Also, every bathtub and sink differs slightly in color hue based on its production run.
A 100 % color match is virtually impossible, but in most cases color differences between repair
and original are not immediately visible to the naked eye. If you would like a color card, please
contact Cramer North America.

Return Policy
If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, we will reimburse you for the purchase
price of the item (excluding shipping and handling costs). Refunds requested over 15 days
from shipment are considered late and will not be granted.
